Fitness Workshop & Holiday Giveback

This hands-on workshop focuses on physical wellness through guided exercise, stretching sessions, and educational coaching from trained instructors/ former players. Participants will learn ways to stay active and build healthy habits. As part of our Christmas outreach, we also give away gift cards to support families during the holiday season.
